NOVIKOMBANK  

The prime focus of Novikombank's operations has been the financial support of the real sector of the Russian economy. Novikombank is playing a vital role in implementation of the government programmes aimed at development of high-tech industries in Russia and modernization of the national economy.

ROSOBORONEXPORT  

Rosoboronexport State Corporation  

The federal state unitary enterprise ROSOBORNEXPORT is the sole state exporter of armaments and military equipment in Russia authorized to export the whole range of military and dual-use products, services and technologies. According to RF President Decree 54 of 18 January 2007, Rosoboronexport is granted the exclusive right to deliver final defense products to the foreign states.
Rosoboronexport accounts for over 80% of Russia's total arms exports. In 2009, US$ 7,4 billion worth of armaments and military equipment were delivered to foreign customers via Rosoboronexport. The company cooperates with over 700 enterprises and organizations of Russia's defense industrial complex located in 56 regions in the country. Its representatives are on the board of major Russian industrial enterprises.
