Sponsor of the Official Reception on the occasion of the Forum opening is given the exclusive right to:
- carry out branding of the Reception Hall;
- put its logo on the invitation tickets to the Reception.
The Sponsor Company representative will be given the honor of a salutary address to the guests of the Reception and an opportunity of making special presents from the Sponsor Company.
Sponsor of the Business Visitors’ Registration is given the exclusive right to:
- carry out branding of the registration counters located at the check points;
- put the Sponsor Company logo in the registration forms;
- put the Sponsor Company logo on the plastic name badges and holder straps given to each business visitor of the Forum.
Ticket Program Sponsor is given the exclusive right to:
- put the Sponsor Company logo on the entrance tickets;
- carry out branding of the tickets booths located at the check points during the time when the Forum is held;
- put the Sponsor Company information-advertisement banner with a link reference to the site of the Sponsor Company in the respective section of the Internet site of the Forum.
VIP-Restaurant Sponsor is given the exclusive right to:
- carry out branding of inner premises of the restaurant including branding of the bar counter;
- put the logo of the Sponsor onto the associate articles (table-tents, menus);
- use branded textile and utensils of the Sponsor Company.
Press-Center Sponsor is given the exclusive right to:
- Press-Center branding;
- put the logo in the press releases of the Forum;
- use the Sponsor Company screen savers on the computers in the Press Center work zone;
- set the Sponsor Company Internet site as a home page of the Internet browser;
- dispose information advertising products of the Sponsor Company in the territory of the Press Center.
Sponsor of the Food Court and Parking Zone – the most popular zones among the visitors, is given the exclusive right to:
- carry out branding of the zones in compliance with the sponsorship status;
- carry out promo actions;
- dispose information advertising materials about the Sponsor Company products.
Sponsor of the Children’s Playground arranged at weekends for children is given the exclusive right to:
- carry out branding of the children's playground;
- carry out special events and promo actions in the territory of the Playground.
Volunteers’ Program Sponsor is given the exclusive right to:
- put the logo of the Sponsor Company on the T-shirts and caps of the volunteers;
- make audio advertisement of the sponsorship;
- organize promo actions.
Sponsor of Official Publications (Catalogue, Forum Guide and Events Programs) is given the exclusive right to:
- publish interviews and specialized articles;
- arrange full scale advertising modules;
- present information about the Sponsor Company in the header through the publication Sections.
